Fedco Icers
Fedco offers a complete range of icing equipment and systems for enhancing a wide variety of bakery products such as cakes, cupcakes, snack cakes, brownies, toaster pastries, donuts, cookies and more. Fedco offers unit machines designed for icing specific product types as well as complete icing systems that can include continuous mixer/aerators, slurry mixers, holding tanks, transfer conveyors, cooling tunnels as well as integrated system control packages. Fedco icing machines enable customers to produce superior products with added value, efficiently and cost-effectively.
Strip Icers deposit icing onto tops of cakes in ether a square or rectangular pattern. Icing can be applied continuously or in an intermittent mode. A flat or a combed finish on the icing surface is available.

- High speed operation runs at rates up to 100 feet per minute, depending on product.
String Icers apply tempered icing in either a pattern or curtain to danish, cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Patterns can easily be varied by altering the speed of the oscillating head. A removable, self-cleaning "O-ring" type center conveyor between the two wire belt conveyors is employed to prevent icing from carrying over to discharge conveyor.

Cupcake Icer automatically applies icing to tops of cupcakes traveling on a conveyor with various patterns of icing available simply by changing the speed of nozzle rotation. Different colors of icing can easily be applied to either separate rows or cupcakes or through a common nozzle.

The Fedco Enrober applies tempered compound chocolate to tops, sides and bottoms of products such as snack cakes or donuts. The chocolate product tank is water jacketed and temperature is thermostatically controlled for ease of use.
Squiggle Icers
accurately and automatically apply icing loops or patterns to the tops of products. An oscillating head assembly provides the squiggle pattern. The icer employs an agitator in the tank to assist in maintaining uniform temperature of the icing.
